You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number.
When you arrive, please present your ticket on either your smart phone or present a printed copy. If you don’t have a smart phone or a printer, please make a note of the Booking Reference Number which you will receive on your ticket when you book online.
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and a booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.
Please go to the visitor center on arrival to be checked in.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.
Trips to see Father Christmas can take up to 1 hour. You can spend as long at the site before and after the visit seeing such things as the reindeer (weekends only), animals, access the Playbarn and tour the watermill. Site opens at 10am and closes 4pm.
At least 1 hour before your Father Christmas timeslot. However you can arrive as early as you would like to explore the farm.
Yes. We have a visitor car park available that is free of charge.
Group bookings need to be made in one order.

All tickets need to be pre-ordered. Limited tickets may be available on the day but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact Sacrewell before visiting.
