Since 1964, Sacrewell has been run as a charity by The William Scott Abbott Trust with the aim of connecting people of all ages and backgrounds to the science, heritage, and practical art of agriculture and to give insight into the trail that leads from farm to fork.

The William Scott Abbot Trust objectives in education and striving to continually promote sustainable farming practices. 

As a charity we rely heavily on donations from our supporters with all funds raised bring are reinvested into the farm upkeep, the livestock (Rarebreeds), the heritage buildings and supporting countryside learning with children’s educational programs. All donations no matter how small are of great value to us and we appreciate and put to good use all donations received.

Over the next 5-10 years, The William Scott Abbott Trust is seeking to implement numerous changes to continue Sacrewell’s transformation as a family destination, with something for everyone and all ages.

The journey continues and we continue to diversify Sacrewell to uphold that great British farm experience for the whole family to explore, experience and enjoy.
